¶ - By adding a bouquet to the receiver's bouquet list
Download the playlist titled Enigma2 from your personal PACKAGES-PLAYLISTS account, connect to the receiver via FTP and place the downloaded playlist file in the receiver at the path /etc/enigma2/.
There you will find the file bouquets.tv in /etc/enigma2/, open it for editing and add the following line:
#SERVICE 1:7:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:FROM BOUQUET "userbouquet.hls.tv" ORDER BY bouquet
save the file and restart the enigma (GUI) or receiver. After the enigma boots up, you will see a playlist titled team.ga in your menu. Install EPG according to these instructions.
Note: the iptvarchive plugin (for enigma-based receivers) pulls archives and EPG for IPTV channels installed via bouquets (you need to find the plugin yourself).
Install the plugin, run it with the blue button, select a channel from the bouquet with IPTV channels;
p.s. The author of the plugin has created 2 versions of the plugin, a paid one (15$) and a free one, in which there is a limitation on the display of archive records on the channel to a few hours.
CAUTION!
On some images, the channel list may not be displayed. In such cases, open the downloaded playlist (before you place it in the receiver) in Notepad or better Notepad++ and replace #SERVICE 4097:0:1 with #SERVICE 1:0:1 via Find & Replace.
¶ - OTT-play FOSS plugin
Download the ipk package enigma2-plugin-extensions-ottplay-foss-e2hbbtv_1.0_all.ipk and install it using the receiver. Set up the player according to these instructions.
¶ - IPtvDream 4X Plugin

Install the plugin, run it, select the tvteam provider, access via username and password.
For BH image, the blue button does not work in the plugin and this complicates the initial entry into the plugin, so you need to enter the plugin for the first time through the web interface:
Start the plugin's web interface http://206.189.49.94/web/ (https://technic.cf/web/)
Launch the plugin on the receiver, select the tvteam provider and press the yellow button, quickly enter the code that appeared on the TV screen into the web interface, the settings for your plugin will open where you can enter your login and password.
You only need to do this once.
