If the payment does not go through with your card, try creating virtual cards from other banks. We do not know if there are banks that charge money for creating their virtual card, but mostly creating a virtual card is free. If you live outside of Russia and your card payment does not go through, try using the card of your wife/parents/brother/sister, if their cards are from a different bank or another card from the same bank as yours, and if it still does not go through, try creating virtual cards from other banks.
