When making a payment via TON Telegram (or USDT Telegram) using the @Wallet bot, if you enter your username in the Comment, tag, or memo field, the payment will be credited to you automatically, even if you change the amount when paying with TONs. This field is located on the final payment page, where you must click the CONFIRM AND SEND button, before clicking this button, enter your username in the named field.
You must enter your username without errors as it is written in your personal account. Reminder, we do not have usernames starting with a capital letter, only a lowercase one. If you make a mistake with the username or do not specify a username, the money will not be credited to you. You will have to contact support and provide a link to the blockchain payment. In this case, crediting will occur by internal transfer. Dealers will not receive their dealer commission in such a crediting method.
