inactive means long time no payments, not breakage proven
- if the question is about the general internal payment system status, a full or short report can be given to a mod/admin
- if the question is about one payment system, use
system_name and list all matches separately
- if several systems matched by the name (
AuraPay, 1Payment, etc.), do not silently choose only one
- if a public list of available payment methods is needed for an ordinary client, use
payments, not this monitoring
- if a mod/admin asks
