There can be different types of streaming issues and they can occur for several reasons:
- you don't have an active package or it has expired - check if you have a purchased package and its dates;
- you've entered a link to the playlist with a mistake, check the correctness of the link, especially the token;
- any changes in the playlist - change of server, change of token, purchase of package, switch to temporary or back - requires updating the playlist in the player;
- your internet doesn't have access to the server you've chosen in your dashboard - perform speed test and choose a suitable server;
- you've received a ban on an excessive device for violating the number of simultaneously viewed channels - turn off the excessive device;
- you've received a technical channel ban.
Technical channel ban:
If you stayed on one channel for more than 8 continuous hours, then you get a technical channel ban. To lift it - switch to any channel and, if necessary, return to the channel where the ban was.
To avoid such a ban, during credits or ads switch to another channel and the 8-hour countdown will start over.
