Team Player is an app designed by TV.TEAM for IPTV streaming. No need to enter a playlist — channels automatically load after authorizing via a code.

¶ Installing on Android TV / Fire Stick / Set-Top Boxes
Team Player is installed via an APK file.
Method 1 - via Downloader App (recommended for Fire Stick):
- Install the Downloader app from Amazon App Store (For Fire Stick) or Google Play
- Open Downloader and enter the code: 4081919
- Or enter this link: aftv.news/4081919
- The file will download — click on Install
Method 2 - via USB Flash Drive:
- Download the Team Player APK file from the tv.team website (under “Connected devices” in your account)
- Copy the file to a USB flash drive
- Insert the flash drive into your device
- Open the file manager and find the APK on the flash drive
- Click Install
Method 3 - directly download onto the device:
- Open a web browser on your Android TV / box
- Log in to your account on tv.team
- Under “Connected devices", click Download APK
- Install the downloaded file
In the device settings, allow installation from unknown sources: Settings → Security → Unknown sources
- Install the Media Station X app from your TV's app store
- Open Media Station X
- In the settings, add the server address: teamplay.city

Team Player doesn’t use usernames or passwords. Access is granted through a 6-digit code:
- Open Team Player on your device — a field for entering a code will appear on screen
- Log in to your account on the tv.team website from a smart phone or personal computer
- Go to the “Connected devices” section
- Click on “Get code to log in to the player”
- Enter the received 6-digit code in Team Player on your device
- Channels will load automatically — happy viewing!
There's no need to input a playlist — Team Player directly connects to the TV.TEAM server.
If you need to unpair (remove) a device, you can do this under the TeamPlay section in your account by clicking Disconnect next to the desired device.
¶ Main Interface Components
- Channels are grouped by categories (by country, sports, cinema, kids etc.)
- Switch between groups — use left/right arrows
- Change channels — use up/down arrows
- Search — press the search button or use voice commands
- Press the EPG or OK button on the remote while watching
- A broadcast grid appears showing current and upcoming programs
- You can search for programs by title
- Long press on a channel → Add to Favourites
- The “Favourites” group will appear first in the list
¶ Archive and Rewind
Team Player supports the viewing of missed programs:
- Open the EPG
- Select a past program
- Click Watch from Archive
Also available:
- Live Pause — pause and resume later
- Rewind — rewind back in a live broadcast
- Bookmarks — if you leave an archived program, when you enter next time the player will offer “Resume at 12:34”
- In the EPG, select a program
- Click Record
- The recording is stored on a USB storage or SD card
You can also download past programs from the archive.
Connect a USB storage device to your device to record.
Open Settings → Video:
- Decoder — auto (recommended), hardware, or software (FFmpeg)
- Frame Rate Matching (AFR) — automatically adjusts screen frequency to match the stream
- Decoder for specific channels — if a channel is functioning incorrectly, you can assign it a unique decoder
Open Settings → Audio:
- Stereo — standard output
- Multi-Channel — for AV receivers
- Passthrough — sends Dolby/DTS directly to receiver
- Select audio track (language) — press the audio button while watching
- Normal — starts via notification when you turn on your device
- Launcher — player starts instead of home screen
- Open Settings → Parental Control
- Set a PIN
- Choose channels to block
How is Team Player different from TiviMate / IPTV Smarters?
Team Player is a product of TV.TEAM. There’s no need to enter a playlist and purchase a separate player license. Entry is via code — channels appear instantly.
Do I have to pay for Team Player separately?
No. Team Player is free and included in the TV.TEAM subscription.
Where do I get the code to log in?
Log in to your account on the tv.team website → “Connected devices” → “Get code to log in to the player”.
Why are channels not loading after I enter the code.
Check your internet connection. Try to get a new code. If this doesn’t help — contact support.
